Celery seed Oil as Per BP, USP Grade (British and United States Pharmacopoeia):
Celery seed oil is obtained from the seeds of the Apium graveolens plant, which belongs to the Apiaceae family. This plant features pinnate to bipinnate leaves, creamy white flowers, and seeds that measure about 1.5–2.0 mm in length and width. The plant has a grooved, fleshy, and erect stalk. Celery seed is also commonly used as a spice. Medicinally, it is known for its effectiveness in treating rheumatism, gout, nervousness, headaches, and even aiding in weight loss, particularly in cases related to malnutrition, loss of appetite, or exhaustion.

Extraction Process (How We Make It):
Pure Celery Seed Oil is extracted by steam distillation of the dried seeds of Apium graveolens. The resulting oil is typically a clear yellow to brown liquid.
